NOTE: The 'Y', 'U', 'V', and 'Avg' PSNR fields in the summary
are not mathematically sound (they are simply the average of
per-frame PSNRs). They are kept only for comparison to the JM
reference codec. For all other purposes, please use either the
'Global' PSNR, or the per-frame PSNRs printed by log=3.
＊PSNRとは
"Peak signal to noise ratio"、SN比。単位db（デシベル）。素材に対する忠実度を測る指標の一つ。
シーンカットの無いシークエンスを、設定だけ変えてエンコードした場合、PSNRが高いほど画質が良い。0.2db違えば通常は目で見て解るとされる。
PSNRの値そのものは無意味。同じ素材を設定を変えてエンコードした際にみるべきもので、別素材の結果を比べるのは意味が無い。
ブロックノイズとは無関係など、人間の見た目とは必ずしも一致しない。
